When Does a Person Receive their Ascension?

NOTE: I received a question from a person asking about when a person will receive their ascension, the following is the email and my response to her question.
The Question
Hi, a month ago I was given a link to your web site by a friend of mine. I read all your pages from your web site, I learned so much from you. Thank you for your web site, you have helped me understand the spiritual path much more and very simple to follow. Its very down to earth. I like that. I do have question for you that has me confused regarding the ascension. My question is this. Do you know at what point a person will receive their ascension?

The Answer
Dear Karen,
Thank you for your question. I have a short answer and a long answer for you.
The short answer
I can't give you an exact answer for when a person would receive their ascension. I believe that a person receiving their ascension is based on when they begin the path of Self-Transcendence. The act of ascension is about rising higher in consciousness to that of the Christ Consciousness, but there is even a higher consciousness then that to reach which is the God Consciousness. And only the person who is on the path of Self-Transcendence can determine for themselves when they are rising higher in consciousness. I do not believe a person can receive their ascension by anyone or anything outside themselves, but is reachable only by continuing to stay on the path of Self-Transcendence, which eventually you will reach a point in your life where you have crossed the threshold that stands between the material world and the Ascended Masters world. How ever long this takes is entirely up to you.
The long answer
There is a belief that most people have about receiving their ascension, which is based on people looking outside themselves thinking that someone, such as the Ascended Masters will one day descend into the material world and give them their ascension, I do not believe this is the case. I do believe that people who are on the spiritual path of Self-Transcendence are already in the process of receiving their ascension. Which the process of ascension is a continual process of transcending in consciousness, and is not something that happens once and then your finished ascending in consciousness.
I will explain.
If you look at the word "Ascension" it is based on having already ascended or risen higher than where you are at right now in your life. The opposite word of ascending is descending, which means you have descended or sunk lower than where you are at in your life. So, if you think about where you're at in consciousness right now, you would want to ask yourself if you're going higher in consciousness or are you going lower in consciousness. If your answer is that you are going higher in consciousness, then you are already ascending. But I understand that you are wanting to know when you will receive your final ascension in the way that you will leave the material world for good and become an Ascended Master. This again is entirely up to you for how long this will happen for you.
If you believe in reincarnation and karma and why people keep reincarnating on this planet. You will know that it is due to them having descended in consciousness to the point where they separated themselves from the Higher spirit realms, which caused for them to begin living in the material world. When people descended in consciousness, they began creating karma for themselves and became bound to the material world through reincarnation. So, until people get on the path of Self-Transcendence, which is continually working on living from a higher state of consciousness, they will continue to reincarnate.
Which part of that path is to accept full responsibility for your life, for your choices you have made, for the karma you have created. While being dedicated to the path of Self-Transcendence which is never ending. Because once you stop Transcending, you will stagnant and eventually descend back in consciousness. The Ascended Masters are always Transcending themselves to constantly Being More God, if they stopped they would stagnant and descend in consciousness.
Here are a few ideas that can help you on your path of rising in consciousness.
* Look into your psychology and see if anything is holding you back, such as things from your past you have not healed from or have negative feelings about. We must forgive all life and all those who have hurt us in the past. It's not enough to say or think we forgive those from our past. Because it's in the feelings we have when we think about the past that will let us know if we have truly forgiven or not. If we feel any kind of hurt, shame, guilt or fear when we think about the past, those feelings create blocks in our psychology and they will hold us back on the path of Self-Transcendence. We must let go of those feelings so that all we have is compassion, understanding and an unconditional Love for all things from our past.
* Become non-attached to the things of this world, because when you do finally ascend and cross that threshold, you will not be coming back, not ever again. So, if you have attachments to anything in this world you will have to come back until you become non-attached. This might sound odd to you, but if you are at that last step of finally crossing over for good, but you find that you are the kind of person who is in a mind set of having to have your morning cup of coffee, then that attachment to that coffee can cause for you to reincarnate. You have to have zero attachments to anything of this world, or you may not leave this world for good.
* Be open minded to learning Higher Truths. Take on the mind set of knowing that any truth you come across and can accept is only a level of truth that can help you get to a higher state of consciousness. What I've given you on this page about when you will receive your ascension is not the highest possible truth for you, but is a step for you to take that will lead you to an even higher truth that will lead you to take more higher steps. Basically, what I'm saying is you will be given a level of truth based on what you can accept right now of where you're at in consciousness. Then when you rise higher in consciousness, you will receive higher truths that you can accept that will help you to reach that next level of consciousness. So, basically, when you are on the path of Self-Transcendence, your Higher Self will lead you to and bring people to you in your life that can give you that next higher truth that you need that will help you take those next steps.
* Search and learn what is of God and what is not of God. You will know if it is of God by your inner intuition, it's an inner knowing if what your learning is taking you closer to God or if it's taking you away from God. And once you have learned something that is of God, then spend time internalizing and becoming that which is of God. Once you have done that, then you will be led to finding something more that is of God and so that process begins again of internalizing and becoming. Sometimes, you will find blocks within yourself that is keeping you from becoming a particular part that is of God, so you would want to look into your psychology and see what is blocking you and stick with it until you have transcended that area that is blocking you.
You might come across the same psychological issue that you dealt with before, but you will find that it is still blocking you in many different ways. An example of this is overcoming un forgiveness towards one person while still having un forgiveness towards someone else. So, even though you have dealt with un forgiveness, you may find that there are many people from your past you have not forgiven. I still deal with being able to forgive people even today from my past, but it takes time to continue rising to higher levels of consciousness so that we can continue to forgive as different issues from our past comes up for us to deal with.
*Give Mother Mary's rosaries. These Rosaries are a form of prayer that does several things for you. One is it invokes the violet consuming flame, they invoke light into your four lower bodies and brings to our consciousness those blocks in us that needs to be healed and transcended, they help to balance karma. They also help to heal our psychology and give us truth of who we are, why we are here and what our purpose for Being is. While giving you powerful affirmations.
*Lastly is find a spiritual teacher to learn from and become one with. I highly suggest looking for a Spiritual teacher that is already an Ascended Master. However, I do know of a true spiritual teacher who is Kim Michaels. He is the sponsored Messenger for the Ascended Master Jesus Christ and for other Ascended Masters. I understand you're wanting to know when you will receive your ascension, but I want you to know that even after you have finally received or won your final ascension, that you will continue to ascend in consciousness. It's not something you just do as a goal so you can get off the wheel of reincarnation so you can stop living in the material world. It's something you do for all eternity even after you have won your final ascension from the material world.
