Q: How do we walk the Middle Way of the Buddha, or the Straight and Narrow as Jesus taught? And Why?
A: They teach the Middle Way because as long as you avoid indulging in either extreme then you are staying in the Middle. Imagine staying right in the center of the yin/yang, not going off to either extreme. Because if you do, the Law of the Universe is going to push you back the other opposite way to seek balance.
