This is a really incredible syncronicity, but a bit over a week ago I was doing the Great Divine Director decree, and although I haven't yet had any clear communication with the masters, I got the message "find the point of stillness, the eye of the storm." I then focused on my secret chamber of the heart and had a vision of travelling through a narrow tunnel towards a ball of light, much like in a NDE.

Now for the million dollar question: How will we know when we've found the point of stillness? I know that when I concentrate on my threefold flame I can feel a burning sensation in the center of my chest (I can now do this at will, it used to only happen during the rosaries). Is this the same thing as the point of Stillness?

Hi Anne,

My understanding of the point of stillness is:

1. infinity blessed (Alpha aspect)
2. pure dimensionless location (Omega aspect)
3. the Eternal Now (perpetually generated by the polar dynamic of 1. & 2.)

Is this the 3-fold flame of the Buddha Nature? I'm not certain.

Hi John,

I've also noticed that particular threefold dynamic seems to be in everything - alpha(father), omega(mother) and the interaction between them(son). Actually I think it's really a fourfold dynamic if you include the connection to the layer of reality above - this is the 'stepping down' of the light, the holy spirit.

I've also noticed that when I seem more 'centered' or kinda more 'real' this sensation seems to be comming from my chest rather than from my head. Does anyone else ever experience their threefold flame as literally like burning?

Oh yes... I know exactly what you're speaking about with the burning sensation in the chest.

I first experienced this heart flame in the context of Christianity, (usually during prayer), and I did not know what to call it so I just referred to it as the Holy Spirit within me. It was important at the time because it confirmed that something very real and very special was happening within me at that point.

Since becoming involved with Ascended Master teachings the same burning occurs quite frequently but whereas the "Christian burning", (for want of a better expression! huh

), was extremely warm, the Ascended Master burning Laugh

is cool... a cool burning. I don't know why there should be that difference. Some people from the Shangra-la group told me that such a cool burning indicates purity - there is no karma to be consumed in the heart. I thought that sounded good at the time but they would probably have a different explanation now, seeing as how I've been exposed as a follower of the Conscious You lies. Sad

Anyhoo...

Mother Mary tells me that the burning we're discussing is always a sign that our heart chakra is acting like a "white hole" reverse-vortex, flooding light into our 4 lower bodies. Focusing upon the threefold flame burning on the altar within the secret chamber of the heart is a good way to activate the heart chakra this way. Meditation upon the threefold flame is a great way to become one with the point of stillness although we should always remember that the point is dimensionless and therefore everywhere and at no-place simultaneously.

There is a section of a dictation by Cyclopea given through Carolyn Shearer of the Temple Of The Presence that I will look out and post, because I sense it may be inspiring in this regard.

Even cooler is that the same torus shape represented in 2D is a Yin-Yang symbol, and if you seperate out the two toruses vertically you get a figure-eight flow! Cool
