Chapters - Introduction

Bow Valley at Banff

Have you ever wondered what Jesus meant when he said. (Lu 17:21) "Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you."?

Or how about this one? (Matt. 6:33) "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."

I believe that those two statements by Jesus ties into the following statement he made. (Matt. 7:13-14) "Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the road is easy that leads to destruction, and there are many who take it. For the gate is narrow and the road is hard that leads to life, and there are few who find it."

If you contemplate those three statements made by Jesus, you will see that it is very true that there are few who find the narrow gate, because there are few who go within themselves to seek first the kingdom of God, which is within.

It seems obvious the wide gate is very easy to find and many take it, which seems only logical to begin by knowing what the wide gate is that is easy for people to enter. The wide gate is also known as the wide path.

The Wide Path

There are many places in the Bible of Jesus talking in parables about the wide path that leads to destruction. One of those is;

(Matt 7:1-5)
"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye."

When people read that statement, they understand it as not ever judging others, which they really mean that they do not want you to judge them, because they know you are guilty of the same negative in you as you are pointing out in them. And we all know that a person can only see in others what they can't see in themselves, and unfortunetely it's the negatives they see in others, that they can't see in themselves.

But that statement goes far more deeper than just judging others of negatives one points out in another, as there is an inner meaning to it. And it's this, A person needs to look for the negatives in themselves first and remove those negatives. Once you have eradicated those negatives from your own life, you will be more balanced and open to receiving direction from your Higher Self when approaching another of negatives you see in them.

The following are some of those negatives people can only see in others of what they can't see in themselves.

(Mark 7:20-23)
"It is the thought-life that pollutes. For from within, out of men's hearts, come evil thoughts of lust, theft, murder, adultery, wanting what belongs to others, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, pride, and all other folly. All these vile things come from within; they are what pollute you and make you unfit for God."

Having those types of thoughts is going to cause the following to happen.

(Matt. 7:21-23)
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven. On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many deeds of power in your name?' Then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; go away from me, you evildoers.'

After having learned what the wide path is, it's easier to understand what Jesus meant when he said. "the kingdom of God is within you." which is the narrow path that few find. And this narrow path is looking within yourself and removing those negatives from your own life, which you do by rising above the state of consciousness that causes for those negatives to be there.

The Narrow Path

The Narrow path is based on thoughts as well, because depending on the thoughts one has will either be what is of God or what is not of God. What is of God is being in the Kingdom of God. What is not of God will be outside the kingdom of God.

God is described as Being Seven Spirits which is Divine Love, Divine Light, Divine Power, Divine Wisdom, Divine Will, Divine Life, and Divine Order. These seven spirits are forms of energy that are of God.

One of the seven spirits is Divine Love, and we can read from the Bible a description of what that Love is and is not.

(1 Cor: 13:4-8)
patient, kind, doesn't envy, doesn't boast, is not proud, is not rude, is not self-seeking, is not easily angered, does not keep a record of wrongs, does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth, always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres, and never fails.

Knowing what is and isn't Love can be used as a guide to knowing if your inside or outside the kingdom of God. Such as, if one keeps a record of Wrong against another is the same as holding a grudge. If a person were to have a grudge against another, that person's consciousness would give them thoughts that would not be based on what one would have if they were living within the Kingdom of God, and that kingdom of God is within.

Here is even more descriptions of what Love is from Mother Mary, which she describes Love as Kindness, devotion, compassion, respect, hugs, friendliness, warmth, caring, smiles, eagerness to help, appreciation, softness, acceptance, reliability, tolerance, patience, trust and much more.

The path of Self-Transcendence is the narrow path, where one is constantly growing towards living from the Love that God is. Which Jesus described the path of Self-Transcendence as.

(Matt. 6:33)
"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."

Inorder for a person to seek first the kingdom of God, they must go within, which is based on three paths, which is the path of Self-Discovery, path of healing, and path of Truth. Which all has to do with certain states of consciousness one lives from.

State of Mind

The state of consciousness you live from will determine what kinds of thoughts you have. Such as, those who live from a lower state of consciousness have taken the wide path that leads to destruction, which their thoughts are based on what Jesus spoke about from when he said. "It is the thought-life that pollutes." What causes a person to live from a lower state of consciousness is the negative thoughts which is what pollutes a person's consciousness, their state of mind. Which means, those thoughts will keep a person outside the kingdom of God.

If a person wants to live from a higher state of consciousness, one needs to start by changing their thoughts to the things that are of God. Which means learning what is of God and changing ones beliefs to that which is of God, and then Being what it is that is of God.

For people who are on the path of Self-Transcendence, whether new to the path or not, are already striving to live from a higher state of consciousness. Otherwise, one would not be on the path of Self-Transcendence, or would be interested in it.

However, a person would not want to rise higher in consciousness just because Jesus said this or that 2,000 years ago, but because you want to rise higher in consciousness and then use his teachings, or other Ascended Masters teachings, as a guide on your path of Self-Transcendence.

Will to Be

The teachings in this section are designed to give you a guide when being on the path of Self-Transcendence towards Being More I AM, which is Being More Love.

To want to Be More Love, one must have the Will to Be. To have the Will to Be is to have the Will to Be who you are in God and to Be of God, which is Love. One does this by internalizing what is of God and becoming that which is of God. It is moving from being yourself to Being YourSelf who is Love.

A person will know when they don't have the Will to Be, because the person will not internalize and Become the More, but will compare what they read to "The letter of the law."

Remember this. "It is the spirit that gives life, God is Spirit, and to be the Spirit that is God is to Be of God, which is Love. As the letter of the law is only a guide, which a person must be willing to use that guide for spiritual growth, which is internalizing and becoming More Love.

The only question you need to ask yourself as you read through the chapters is this.

Do I have the Will To Be?

If your answer is "NO!" Then you may have spiritual blocks that are keeping you from having the Will to Be. You can click HERE for the Spiritual Poisons page. You will find lists of spiritual poisons that cause blocks to having the Will to Be.

If your answer is "YES!" Click HERE for the Being Yourself Page.
