Chapter One - Being More I AM

Being More I AM is when you take the steps from living from the human consciousness and move towards living from the Christ consciousness.

You remain being who you are, but you focus your attention on Being More of who you are from the positives you are and work on rising above the negatives until there are no negatives left in you.

The negatives are blocks that get in your way of truly Being who you are.

This page will explain Being More I AM and why Being More I AM is always transcending to be More of who you are based on what is of God.


Co-Creators with Free Will

I'm sure you already know that God created co-creators and then gave them the gift of free-will. I think that sometimes people forget that those co-creators with free-will are those living on this planet. So, when we remember who we are we can remember that we are always creating out of our Free-Will, whether we are conscious of it or not. And so, we will always be creating whether it be thought creations or material creations.

When you become aware that you are a co-creator with Free-Will, you can then take responsibility and ownership of the things in your life that you created in the past that you don't like, such as the negatives you may not like about yourself, you can then turn those negatives into positive creations. And how you do that is by changing one negative thought pattern to one positive thought pattern. You do this one at a time instead of trying to change all of the negative thoughts you may have about yourself at the same time. But as your working towards changing your thought patterns one at a time, you still want to continue to Love the all of you, of who you are every step of the way on the path of Self-Transcendence. You also want to continue to Be yourself with the positives and the negatives about yourself on every step you take on the path of Self-Transcendence. Why? Because Love is the key to transcending those areas in your life that block you from rising higher on the path of Self-Transcendence.

So lets say that you write out a list of the positives you love about yourself, and then you write another list of the negatives you have about yourself. As you write out your lists, you might learn that there is only 20% positives you have, and 80% negatives you have about yourself. Most times a person will find more negatives about themselves than positives. I think its because people are to hard on themselves and do not have a very good self-image of themselves. For me, in my life, my self-image was about 95% negative and about 5% positive. I felt like there was very little about myself that I could see as positives, and I learned more and more as I was working on my own path of Self-Transcendence that I had taken on as my own beliefs about myself from what other people thought and said about me. So as you work on your own path, you'll probably find that most of those negatives you don't like about yourself had been accepted by you as being your own, but actually came from other people.

But whether those beliefs came from others or not, we still accepted those beliefs as our own, so we still need to take responsibility for them and do what needs to be done to rise above those negative thought patterns in our lives, but one step at a time while continuing to love the all of who you are every step of the way. Why? because we are co-creators and as co-creators we want to create the things in our lives we want, instead of those things we don't want in our lives. People often times without realizing it are creating those things they don't want over the things they do want, such as more negatives than positives.

Often times, people focus their attention on the things they don't want in their lives, which means the person is constantly creating the very things they don't want, because all your attention goes towards the things you don't want that you're actually reinforcing those negatives to be in your life. When you work towards transcending one negative thought pattern, which is a belief you have about yourself, you want to look for why and how that belief became part of you so you can learn the why and the how, so you can choose to stop believing in that negative belief. Then you move onto the next negative thought pattern. You will not reinforce the negative thought pattern when you have in mind that you're going to learn the why and how it got there, all that it will do is help you know the truth so you can choose to undo that belief for a positive belief about yourself, so you can internalize and become more of who you are.

If you continue transcending one area of your life at a time, you'll notice that over a certain amount of time the percentage of the positives and negatives you see in yourself will have changed. Such as you could now find that you have 60% positives and 40% negatives. Which you would then continue on with those steps until your a 100% positive thought patterns to where your creating a 100% of the things you do want in your life.


Rising Higher in Consciousness

One important thing to know when it comes to the path of Self-Transcendence is that it's not an intellectual path, it's not about knowing more than others, or being better than others, or thinking your way is the right way and everyone else's way is the wrong way. You see, the negatives you might see in you that needs to be transcended may not be seen as a negative in someone else's life. You want to focus only on yourself and let others be who they are of where they are at, unless they come to you seeking your advice about something you can help them with overcoming, which is showing them the way.

Another important thing to know about the path of Self-Transcendence, is It's not an outer path, it's an inner path, it's you Being More of who you are and continuing to transcend your state of consciousness to living your life from the positives, which those positives is Being More I AM.

As you continue on your path of Self-Transcendence, you'll find yourself rising higher in consciousness and living more and more of the things that are of God, which is Love. And again, we start at the level of consciousness we are at right now, and than we study ourselves to find things in ourselves that we can change that can take us to a new higher level of consciousness so we can live from that state of mind. When the inner you lives from a higher state of consciousness, the way you view your outer world will change from how you feel about things. And you will attract the things you want in your life instead of the things you don't want.

As you rise higher in consciousness, you will continue to free yourself from the negatives that can come up in yourself, and you will be more unattached to what others say or do around you, so you will be able to stay more at peace within yourself. When you work on the path of Self-Transcendence, please remember that it is a gradual path which is not a path that can be rushed, but is taken in baby steps.


Being Balanced

Being Balanced is very important when on the path of Self-Transcendence. As you continue to take the steps towards living more from the positives and less from the negatives, you'll find that every time you transcend each negative, you will find yourself living at a higher state of consciousness.

So, you want to balance who you are now, compared to who you were at the last step you were on. So, if you lived from 40% positive and 60% negative before, but you now live from 45% positive and 55% negative. You would want to be who you are at that step, while making sure you are still able to Love, respect, and accept yourself with the positives as well as the negatives you still have left, before you take the next step of transcending another negative.

You will know when you have balance in your life, as you will have an inner feeling of being at Peace. You want to strive towards having that inner peace as you continue the path of Self-Transcendence. If something gets in the way of that inner peace, then it's a negative that is getting in the way and that negative will let you know what needs to go bye-bye from your life.


Becoming The More

For most of my life, I've always worked on being the best I can be, but also understanding that where I'm at in my life is where I'm at, which is accepting myself for who I am with the positives and the negatives about myself. Over the past two years or longer, I've been working more and more to be able to Love myself for who I am, which I've been doing this by taking the small steps which, eventually, led to bigger steps. From what I understood about the path of Self-Transcendence and Being More I AM is that I couldn't see how I was going to eradicate the negatives if I couldn't accept those negatives as being part of who I was at the time.

And If your unable to accept the negatives about yourself, how can a person take ownership of them and eventually eradicate them. If we don't accept the negatives about ourselves, we aren't Being ourselves of who we are right now in our lives. And if we can't accept the negatives in our lives and be who we are every step of the way on the path of Self-Transcendence, then your either going to deny the negatives are there, or your going to suppress certain parts about yourself and pretend to only be the positives, or your going to give up on the path of Self-Transcendence.

Here's an example that just about everyone can relate to. We know that when people who go on crash diets end up going back to their old eating habits and will gain the weight back and even more weight then before. The reason crash diets don't work is because the person did not take the small steps of changing ones lifestyle. If a person is serious about losing weight, they need to change many areas about themselves, but they do that one step at a time and not all at once, other wise they'll burn out and quit. And its very much how it is when a person is on the path of Self-Transcendence is that they need to take the small steps of changing one thing in their life to where they have transcended the old and don't even think of how they were from before taking that one small step, because they are who they are now.

Which you can look at it this way. The old you was 40% positive and 60% negative, but now you are 45% positive and 55% negative. Then as you continue to take the small steps of Self-Transcendence the positive percentage goes up while the negative percentage goes down, while you stay true to who you are every step of the way.


Goal of Self-Transcendence

A goal of Self-Transcendence is to reach the part of your path where you are living a 100% from the Christ Consciousness. You will still be who you are, but you will be More of who you are as a son or daughter of God. You will be able to say as Jesus said two thousand years ago. "I and my Father are one."

Know that with Every step you take on the path of Self-Transcendence is taking you closer to Being More I AM, which is Being More God. And with every step you take, you close the gap that creates this inner feeling of being separated from God, which Being More I AM is knowing that all are ONE in the one God.

The path of Being More I AM never stops, it is a path of perpetual Self-Transcendence. If you stop transcending yourself to Being More of God, you will stagnant and eventually fall back, which is what happens to those who use the same approach to self-Transcendence as those who use crash diets to lose weight. It is very important to take the gradual path of self-Transcendence to Being More I AM then to try and rush it. All you have to do is have the Will and the Determination to continue taking the steps towards Being More I AM.
